What is the Check-in and Check-out time?
At the West End Motor Lodge we guarantee your room for a 2:00pm Check In. Check-out time is 10:00am. Our reception hours are 7:15am-9:00pm Weekdays and 8:00am-8:00pm Weekends so late check-ins can be pre arranged as we do have a night manager and also a text room code system.Early check-ins are subject to availability. Late check-outs can be arranged with Reception.

Do you accept Pets?
Unfortunately we are a pet free property unless the animal is required such as a seeing eye dog.
Do you take deposits or bonds?
All bookings at the West End Motor lodge require a Credit card as a reservation guarantee. Please note we will charge an extra cleaning fee up to $200.00 for any room left in a unsatisfactory manner.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations at the West End need to be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations recieved less than 24 hours notice, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.
How do I guarantee my booking?
Credit Card details are required to secure a room booking. We accept VISA,MASTERCARD. AMEX, DINERS 3% Surcharge
